PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Please take notice that pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A and the Princeton Zoning By-laws Section XVII, 1. (2), and (3) the Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall Annex on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at 7:00 PM to consider the petition of Dr. Daniel Ervin. Property is located at 30 Mountain Road, Princeton; Assessors map #12A, Lot 20. The applicant seeks a Variance for relief from size limits on accessory apartments that are allowed by special permit. A copy of the petition may be reviewed at the Town Hall, Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. All interested parties are invited to attend.
